Branch of a Latvian Merchant/ Latvian company
If Latvian company plan to form/ register its branch in Latvia then we need following information:- Title (Latvian company name) and registration number of the current merchant- Legal address of the Latvian company/ merchant- Title of the branch, if it is different from the main company's title- Legal address of the branch or Latvian company- Information on the person who will be authorized to represent the Latvian Merchant/ Company in activities related to the branch- Amount of authority - full authority, for particular activities only (must be specified)Expenses for registering a branch of Latvian company/ Latvian Merchant- state tax for registering a Latvian company's branch – 20 Ls- payment for publication about registering Latvian company's branch in the official paper „Latvijas Vēstnesis” – 16 Ls
- payment for notary certification for a signature – starting from 10 Ls, it depend on the pricelist of notaries- payment for banking services – bank pricelist.
